2. Overview
We work with trusted Chinese stores and suppliers to source high‑quality products, import them to Georgia, and deliver them directly to you. Some products are stocked locally at our Tbilisi location, 74 Cholokashvili Street.
3. Orders & Cancellations

Orders are processed the same day.

You may cancel within 1 hour if the order is not yet marked “Processing.”

If an item is unavailable, we offer a refund or alternative.
4. Shipping & Delivery

International shipping by forwarders like Space Cargo, USA2Georgia, Camex, Inex.

In‑Tbilisi deliveries by our couriers within 1 business day.

Outside Tbilisi: 1–3 business days via third‑party courier; delays possible.

Average delivery time is 10–13 days, but not guaranteed. Customs or supplier delays may extend delivery.

If not delivered within 1 month, we issue a full refund.
5. Tracking
You will receive updates when:

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns accepted if wrong item, significant defect, or malfunction.

If the item is defective or broken, we will contact you to choose between a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.

For minor variations (color, design, packaging): no refund or replacement unless completely incorrect.

If your order does not arrive or is confirmed lost in transit, we will issue a full refund. The refund will be issued within 5 days once confirmed as lost or undelivered.

We collect the item via courier (free if faulty).

7. Payments

Only prepaid orders—shipping and all fees included in the total price.

We accept Georgian‑issued Visa/MasterCard via Flitt.
8. Customer Responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact and delivery information, be available for delivery, and update any changes. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to inaccurate details.

Abuse may result in disqualification.
10. Product Descriptions
Product images are illustrative. Slight differences in color, design, or packaging are not grounds for refund—only completely incorrect products are eligible for return.
11. Customer Reviews
You may submit reviews of products purchased from us. We reserve the right to deny, edit, or delete any review at our discretion without prior notice.
12. Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Contracts signed by minors under 18 are voidable under Georgian law.
13. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control—natural disasters, wars, infrastructure issues, etc.
